“Love My Dog”  Terms & Conditions

  • Your session will be held at our Thatcham portrait studio on selected days.
  • Your session will last up to two hours
  • At the end of the session we will arrange a design consultation which will be within 10 days of the shoot, during which we will reveal your portraits and help design your wall art & products

  • Gift certificate to be redeemed and used towards your photographic session fee and wall art with Adam Hillier Portraits.

  • Gift Certificates are transferable but not redeemable for cash.

  • Gift Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or towards past orders or sessions.

  • One purchasing session per sitting will be available where all decision makers must be present. A dedicated design consultant will be made available to you at this time. Appointments are limited and subject to availability.

  • Only one entry per household

  • All entrants must be over 18 years of age

  • All elements of the form must be completed to be entered

  • You will be asked for a refundable booking deposit of £25, this is to protect us against late cancellations and no shows. This can be added to your order, or fully refunded at your Design Consultation. If for any reason you fail to attend any of your appointments or fail to notify us within 3 working days of your appointment, any deposit paid will be rendered non-refundable.

  • The £250 Gift Certificate covers the cost of your experience (£75) and gifts you £175 towards any artwork of your choice
